    Customer Service Representative (Telecommunications)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions within a telecommunications environment.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining professionalism at all times.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels.
    • Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
    • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
    • Assist customers with service activation, subscriptions, and account-related issues.
    • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
    • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
    • Support customer retention by delivering excellent service and building positive relationships.
    • Stay updated on company products, policies, and telecom industry trends.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
    • 2 - 4 years' experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer requests.
    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HRM & Admin professional to oversee all human resource and administrative functions within the organization.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and general office administration while supporting the company’s operational efficiency and growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
    • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
    • Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
    • Oversee performance management processes including appraisals and staff development.
    • Coordinate payroll processes, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
    • Supervise administrative operations including office management, facilities, and logistics.
    • Manage office supplies, vendors, and general administrative support services.
    • Coordinate training, learning, and development initiatives for staff.
    • Prepare HR and administrative reports for management decision-making.
    • Support the Managing Director in executing strategic HR and operational initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 4–6 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
    • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and administrative procedures.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HR systems is an added advantage.
