    Customer Service Representative (Cashier / Merchandiser)

    Responsibilities

    • Stock and replace products to avoid damages.
    • Attend to customer's inquiries and request
    • Provide excellent customer service.
    • Keep shelves fully stocked with fresh products.
    • Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
    • Prepare store display and make sure products are accurately labelled.
    • Process customers order and payment in a timely and efficient manner.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND / NCE qualification
    • Minimum of one (1) year working experience in a supermarket.
    • Must be computer literate.
    • Excellent Customer facing skill.
    • Good communication skill.

    Benefits

    • Salary: N100,000 - N140,000 monthly.
    • Other Benefits: HMO + Pension + Feeding + Sales Commission + 13th Months etc.

    HR Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
    • Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
    • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
    • Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office and HRM software (especially MS Excel)
    • Develop training and development programs.
    • Assist in performance management processes.
    • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
    • Maintain employee records (attendance, data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
    • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
    • Eperience with payroll management.
    • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)

    Requirements

    •  HND/BSc holder only with a minimum of 3 year experience
    • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail
    • Professional certificate (like CIPM) is a plus
    • Female only (for gender balance)
    • Supermarket/Retail experience is a plus.

    Salary and Benefits

    • N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
    • Pension + HMO + Feeding + 13th Months etc.
