    Customer Service Representative

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer support, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless client experience across all communication channels.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Attend to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
    • Provide accurate information on properties, services, and company offerings
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
    • Follow up on client requests and ensure proper escalation where necessary
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
    • Support the sales and marketing team with client-related information
    • Ensure a positive brand experience for all clients

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or client relations (real estate experience is an advantage)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic CRM systems
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    • Professional, polite, and customer-oriented attitude

    Sales and Marketing Executive

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, generating qualified leads, developing strong client relationships, and executing effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s real estate offerings and achieve sales targets.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the real estate market
    • Market and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective clients
    • Generate leads through digital marketing, referrals, and networking
    • Conduct property presentations, inspections, and client follow-ups
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
    • Minimum of 2–4 years proven experience in sales and marketing (real estate experience is an added advantage)
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
    • Proficiency in social media marketing and digital sales tools
    • Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented
