    Online Sales / Admin Officer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an Online Sales / Admin Officer to manage online sales, respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and provide basic administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls
    • Process and track online orders from various platforms
    • Manage and update product listings on e-commerce websites such as Jumia, Konga, Shopify, or similar platforms
    • Follow up on payments and coordinate deliveries with logistics partners
    • Maintain basic sales, order, and customer records
    • Handle customer complaints and returns professionally
    • Support general administrative duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • OND/HND/BSc in any related field
    • 1 - 2 previous experience using e-commerce platforms such as Jumia, Konga, Shopify, or similar.
    • Experience in online sales or customer service is an advantage
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Basic computer skills (WhatsApp Business, Excel, email)
    • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N130,000 monthly.

    Head of Customer Service & Experience

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Experience professional to lead and manage our Customer Service Unit.
    • The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with a real estate company and will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience across all client interactions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the customer service team
    • Develop and implement customer service processes and standards
    • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
    • Oversee client communication before, during, and after property transactions

    N300,000 monthly.
