    Customer Service & Marketing Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies
    • Guide/motivate the team towards achieving set goals
    • Actively work with team members and their prospects to achieve sales
    • Ensure that all clients are happy and satisfied with our services and products
    • Request for/organize seasonal trainings for team members
    • Create a warm, cordial and enabling environment for team members
    • Takes on Ad-hoc responsibilities that are relevant to the department
    • Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
    • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
    • Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts
    • Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
    • Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals
    • Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers(handyman daige) and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
    • Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
    • Provide periodic reports to sales managers on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. Degree in Marketing or any related field from a recognized University
    • 5-7 years proven experience in sales/marketing and customer service
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet targets
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience in real estate sales is a strong advantage
    • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
    • Experience in real estate is a plus.

    Lawyer (Female Corper)

    Overview

    • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal (Corper) to support our legal and compliance team in Abuja.
    • This role is ideal for a law graduate or NYSC member looking to gain hands-on experience in corporate, real estate, or regulatory law within a dynamic professional environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct legal research on Nigerian statutes, case law, and regulatory frameworks
    • Draft and review contracts, legal opinions, and internal memos
    • Assist in preparing documentation for court filings, regulatory submissions, and compliance audits
    • Maintain and organize legal files, case notes, and correspondence
    • Attend court proceedings and client meetings (where applicable)
    • Support client communication and follow-ups under supervision

    Qualifications

    • B.L from the Nigerian Law School and currently enrolled in NYSC
    • Strong legal research and writing skills

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Interest or experience in real estate, corporate, or commercial law

    Driver

    Job Description

    • This role requires adherence to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers and cargo, and maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely drive company / private vehicles to designated locations, ensuring timely deliveries and pick-ups.
    • Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle, performing regular checks and maintenance.
    • Plan and manage efficient routes to optimize travel time and fuel consumption.
    • Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies regarding driving and safety.
    • Complete vehicle logs and reports as required.
    • Communicate effectively with management and team members to facilitate smooth operations.
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients and company personnel.

    Requirements

    Civil Engineer - NYSC

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented to join our engineering and project team in Abuja.
    • This internship provides practical exposure to site supervision, structural design, and project coordination on real-world construction and infrastructure projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects.
    • Support site engineers in supervising construction activities and ensuring compliance with specifications.
    • Assist in conducting site inspections, take measurements, and prepare progress reports.
    • Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
    • Assist in maintaining project records, drawings, and documentation.
