    Customer Service / Estate Management Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service / Estate Management Officer to manage client relationships and oversee the day-to-day administration of residential and commercial properties.
    • The ideal candidate will ensure excellent tenant experience, efficient estate operations, and prompt resolution of issues.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, clients, and residents
    • Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
    • Oversee daily estate operations, ensuring cleanliness, security, and functionality
    • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility services
    • Conduct routine inspections of properties and common areas
    • Manage tenant onboarding, documentation, and move-in/move-out processes
    • Ensure compliance with estate rules, policies, and safety standards
    • Liaise with service providers (security, cleaners, technicians, etc.)
    • Maintain accurate records of tenants, complaints, and maintenance activities
    • Support rent collection follow-ups and general administrative tasks
    • Drive to project sites and properties when required for inspections and operational duties.

    Sales Team Lead / Coordinator (Real Estate)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of real estate sales executives to achieve set targets.
    • Drive sales of residential and commercial properties — land, houses, estates, and off-plan developments.
    • Coordinate daily sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline management across the team.
    • Conduct property site visits, client presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and grow revenue.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, property listings, and social media outreach.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc. in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role within real estate.
    • Demonstrated track record of closing high-value property deals.
    • Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market — pricing, locations, regulations, and trends.
    • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

    Marketing Executive (Real Estate)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement marketing strategies for property sales and brand positioning
    • Execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, paid ads, SEO/SEM)
    • Generate and manage leads to support the sales team in achieving targets
    • Oversee content creation (property listings, visuals, videos, promotional materials)
    • Manage the company’s online presence across all digital platforms
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
    • Collaborate with sales team to improve conversion rates and customer engagement
    • Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
    • 2–3 years experience in marketing (real estate experience is highly preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
    • Proven track record in lead generation and campaign management
    • Experience managing social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)
    • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
    • Proximity to Ikeja or its environs is an added advantage.
