    Customer Operations Officer

    Job Summary

    • Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Operations Officer to join its team of professionals to help enhance Customer Experience, develop best class products and revenue generation.

    Job Description

    • Ensuring superb customer experience and professional customer support.
    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
    • Ensuring timely dispatch of E-advice to customers after payment of dividend.
    • Timely closure of shareholders and client request
    • Ensure timely capturing of shareholders’ Bank details
    • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
    • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information for analyzing customer needs.
    • Implementing business strategies, plans, and Procedures
    • Communicating with customers through various channels.
    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints from the company’s customer experience centre
    • Support the business goal setting and drive implementation of corporate objectives
    • Receive all incoming requests on unclaimed dividends through CRM.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Strategic Management, Project Management, Operations Management or a related field.
    • Previous experience in operations management, especially in the banking sector.
    • The candidate should be able to process invalid report from NIBSS
    • Ability to liaison with bank service champion to rectify EDMMS issues
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    • The capacity to encourage efficiency to realize company goals and profits.

    Brand Consultant

    Job Responsibilities

    • Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services.
    • Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it.
    • Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers, etc. to source new sales opportunities.
    • Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements.
    • Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products.
    • Report on demonstration-related information interest level, questions asked a number of samples/flyers distributed, etc.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE and OND holders.
