    Customer Care Manager

    Job Description

    • The Customer care Manager will oversee all operational security matters and will ensure companywide excellence in security execution and strategy.
    • The manger will also serve as company's liaison to external security stakeholders, including both local and national offices.
    • Security is at our organization's core therefore this is a mission-critical role.
    • The Operations Manager is assigned to Corporate Headquarters is the most comprehensive field director security position within the Corporate Security Department.
    • The position is responsible for the largest span of control for corporate critical assets and personnel.
    • The customer care Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing a security program aimed at mitigating physical risk and safeguarding people, property and assets, all in line with Cablevision's policies.
    • The manager has responsibility for the effective management of all aspects of physical security of the buildings and grounds owned, occupied, managed or leased by the organization enterprise-wide within the largest geographical area.
    • This position will also be responsible for the creation and implementation of physical security programs that minimize the vulnerability of the organization's employees and assets from harm, loss, and/or compromise resulting from dishonest, criminal, and/or inappropriate acts.
    • This position requires effective leadership, organizational and communication skills and will collaborate with and execute all other tasks assigned by the Senior Director of Corporate Security Operations or any other personnel duly assigned by the organization.

    Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Security Administration or other related disciplines or Criminal Justice with 5 years law enforcement and/or corporate security experience (or) 10+ year's law enforcement and/or corporate security experience.
    • 10+ years guard force management.
    • Ability to conduct risk/threat assessments and develop measures to mitigate identified risks.
    • Demonstrated entry-level or mid-Level executive management leadership experience.
    • Experience managing a medium to large work force.
    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team work environment.
    • Ability to recognize issues and develop resolutions.
    • Ability to coordinate proactive and effective responses in a high stressed environment.
    • Project management skills.
    • Conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to create effective response protocol to specific incidents.
    • Ability to create training and table top exercises to ensure disaster management effectiveness.
    • General knowledge of access control systems.
    • General knowledge of security network video recorder applications.
    • Candidate from telecommunication his preferable
    • Ability to understand the laws pertaining to physical security officers and the associated required training.
    • Knowledge of principles of intelligence and investigations.
    • Knowledge of budget process and business planning
    • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Military background will be an added advantage.

    Credit Control Officer

    Job Description

    • Ensure accounting, financial documentations and reports are accurate, efficient, updated and on time.

    Responsibilities

    • Must have a good knowledge of management accounting and perform activities with little supervision.
    • Must have knowledge of Nigeria Tax systems.
    • Must be able to reconcile bank statements.
    • Accounting and financial record keeping and documentation.
    • Assist with cash management, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
    • Assist with monitoring the stages and progress of all financial transactions.
    • Assist with preparation of all accounting and financial reports and documents.
    • Assist with budget preparation and forecast.
    • Ensure all accounting processes are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Prepare necessary accounting and financial reports as required.
    • Prepare net asset value calculations and other periodic reports for clients
    • Prepare cash reports
    • Handle the organization of management accounts and schedules
    • Assist in general administration
    • Process invoices and auditor queries
    • Maintain operational data and ensure all fund rules and regulations are adhered to

    Academic Qualification

    • Minimum of HND / University Degree in Accounting.

    Requirements:

    • 1-3 years cognate experience.
    • Methodical with high attention to detail
    • Highly organized with proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Female candidates are most preferred.

    Skills:

    • Good knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
    • Working knowledge of financial statutory requirements.
    • Strong IT skills [Excel, Word and Outlook
    • An excellent communicator written and verbally.
    • Prioritization and time management skills.
    • Must be capable of operating with minimal level of supervision.
    • Must maintain high level of accuracy and ability to keep detailed file notes.
