    Corporate Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    Key Responsibilities
    Lead Generation & Opportunity Identification:

    Proposal Development & Presentations:

    • Prepare high-quality proposals, quotations, and business presentations tailored to client needs.
    • Deliver engaging sales pitches and presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are feasible, profitable, and aligned with company capabilities.

    Negotiation & Deal Closure:

    • Lead negotiation discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Close deals and secure contracts while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure timely follow-up and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.

    Market Analysis & Reporting:

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform businessstrategy.
    • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to management for decision-making.
    • Identify opportunities for product/service improvements or new offerings.

    Collaboration & Team Support:

    • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and enhance client solutions.
    • Mentor and support junior sales team members where applicable.
    • Share best practices and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of active experience in business development or sales within the consulting or service industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics software.

    Bidding and Tendering Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bidding and Tendering Executive to manage tender opportunities, coordinate bid submissions, and support  business growth through successful contract acquisition.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from public and private sector clients.
    • Review RFPs, RFQs, ITTs, EOIs, and other tender documents.
    • Coordinate end-to-end bid preparation and submission processes.
    • Prepare technical and commercial bid documents in compliance with requirements.
    • Maintain tender calendars, bid libraries, and submission records.
    • Liaise with technical, finance, operations, HR, and legal teams to gather proposal information.
    • Manage registrations and submissions on procurement portals such as NipeX and other relevant platforms.

    • Track bid outcomes and prepare tender performance reports.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field.
    • Master's Degree is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in bidding, tendering, proposal management, or business development.
    • Proven track record of preparing and submitting successful tenders.
    • Strong understanding of procurement processes, tender regulations, and contract management.

    Human Resource Manager

    Description

    • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead the HR function for a leading manufacturing company in the polythene polymer industry.
    • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing, particularly within the cellophane and nylon production sector, and will be responsible for driving people strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth through effective talent management and HR operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to meet operational and business objectives.
    • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
    • Drive performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
    • Oversee compensation, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee welfare programmes.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and build high-performing teams.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
    • 10–12 years of progressive HR experience within the manufacturing sector.
    • Mandatory: Proven HR experience in Polythene Polymer Manufacturing (Cellophane & Nylon).
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
    • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
    • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
