    Trainee Medical Sales Representatives

    Position Overview

    • We are seeking for young, proactive and passionate individualsto join our Establishment.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales perfomance, building strong client relationships, and promoting our range of orthopedic implants and surgical solutions withing the assigned territory.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell Jibam Meditech's range of orthopedic implants and related surgical products
    • Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital procurement teams
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective territory management
    • Provide product presentations, clinical support and in theartre assistance during surgical procedures.
    • Conduct regular market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities
    • Submit timely reports, forecasts and customer feedback to management.

    Qualification & Experience

    • Bachelor`s Degree in Life Sciences or a related field
    • Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
    • Highly motivated,goal-oriented, and able to work independently
    • Willingness to travel extensively withing assigned territories.
