    Control Room Operator

    Job Description

    • Perform daily control room tasks with high integrity and efficiency
    • keeping promt records of guards daily duty roaster.
    • Monitor guards and report any unusual activity to the Operations Manager/Duty Security Officer
    • Respond promptly to radio checks and keep accurate records of incoming calls.
    • Keep a record of any incidents and report these to the Duty Security Officer
    • Recording data on computer systems or writing down information on paper charts
    • Making sure that all control room equipment are working properly by running tests and diagnosing problems.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an NCE/ OND / HND Degree with relevant work experience.
    • 0 - 2 years work experience.
    • Prospective employees are expected to live close to the office operational location:Ojota, Ketu, Ikeja, Ogba, Begger, Magboro, Mowe, Ibafo Axis.
    • Honest and ethical and attention to Detail.
    • Being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.

    Operation Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Focuses on Guards' Needs: Understands and responds to their needs and also meet their expectations within the organizational parameters.
    • Solves Problems: Assesses problem situations to identify causes.
    • Gathers and processes relevant information and generates possible solutions.
    • Makes recommendations and or resolves the problem.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma from an accredited college or university with a major in a relevant field
    • 0 - 4 years work experience.
    • Ability to plan, organize and manage the activities of a team
    • Ability to present data clearly and highlight its potential for decision making
    • Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communication skills
    • Must have strong organizational skills and be able to work calmly under pressure.
    • Applicant must reside within Ikeja, Ketu, Ojodu Berger, Ogba Aguda, Akute,
      Magboro, Mowe Ibafo axis.
