    Control Coordinator / Administrator II

    Main Functions

    • Coordinate compliance controls and integrity across the group by supporting implementation, administering controls calendars, managing system access, and coordinating data management activities.
    • Monitor and report Business Control KPIs, irregularity logs, representation letters, fixed asset register, awareness training, oi System (oi), and other ad hoc activities.
    • Reports to the Project Controls Advisor and works with moderate supervision.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote Controls Integrity (CI) and increase staff control awareness.
    • Ensure new or changed processes meet FCPA requirements and obtain required approvals.
    • Support the Business Manager with budgeting, planning, and control activities.
    • Maintain and update control catalogues and related documentation.
    • Coordinate audits (UIA), Representation Letters, Controls Training, training registers, EUC Risk Assessments, and Access Reviews.
    • Update and maintain DOAG, FCPAs, MOCs, and Job Handover Checklists.
    • Coordinate Management and Protection of Information (MPI) monthly inspections and reporting.
    • Prepare controls documentation, monthly oi updates, and KPI scorecards for oi & CI.
    • Promote awareness and use of the oi System 10-1.
    • Manage the External Meetings Register and reporting.
    • Serve as Departmental Records Management SME and liaise with the Local IMS team.
    • Manage records, shared drives, retention codes, access permissions, and records clean-up activities.
    • Coordinate documentation and review processes for departmental contracts, monitor contract performance, administer Purchase Orders/Agreements, raise Service Requisitions, liaise with Procurement, and administer the departmental SharePoint site.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
    • Experience in information/records management, administration, and data analysis.
    • Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a virtual, multicultural environment.
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data validation, charts, pivot tables).
    • Intermediate Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher skills.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Access is an advantage.

    Inventory Control Analyst I

    Main Functions

    • Schedules and revises shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of products to satisfy customers.
    • Analyzes inventory levels, production speed and product demand to determine reorder levels which will ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs.
    • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
    • Duties may include writing inventory reports, performing cycle counts, and determining periodic asset valuations.
    • Position is a support role requiring more work direction whereby worker follows generally defined procedures; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
    • This position might be described as Junior Inventory Control Analyst, who normally performs basic financial analysis and routine financial reports under high supervision.

    Geoscience - Operations / Wellsite Geologist III

    Main Function

    • Interpret and Integrate geological data and provide well-site geological support for drilling wells in oil fields. This Includes delivering optimized horizontal well bore placement, final well reports, updated horizontal well cross-sections, maps and formation evaluation logs for recent and previously drilled wells.
    • Provide geological support for interdisciplinary reservoir study and field development plans. Develop and mentor less experience staff.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • The primary responsibilities of the Wellsite Geologist is supervision of all well site geological personnel and operations (e.g. mudlogging, Logging While Drilling (LWD), Wireline services, core handling/processing) and quality assurance of all geological data acquisition and reporting.

    Wellsite Geological Services:

    • Geological monitoring.
    • Monitoring and supervision of wireline and LWD logging operations.
    • Monitoring of coring operation.
    • Monitoring and supervision of mudlogging operations.
    • Reporting responsibilities.
    • Auditing geological services when appropriate.
    • Well Completion Report Compilation and Distribution
    • Coordination of Wellsite Geological Activities ("Operations Geologist"): Coordinate, monitor, and administer Company operated wellsite geotechnical activities.
    • Pre-drill planning.
    • Point of contact for third party geological services vendors.
    • Monitor and coordinate wellsite geologic data acquisition and analysis activities; disseminate information to stakeholders; participate in regular teleconferences and meetings; review/verify invoices for geological services.
    • Post-drill responsibilities include coordinating shipments of samples, logs, and reports as well as completing special/ad-hoc projects.
    • Abnormal Pressure Surveillance
    • Ensure all abnormal pressure parameters are monitored, captured on a pressure evaluation log, and reviewed with Company Operations Geologist and Drilling Supervisors as required
    • Generate and distribute detailed reports compiling parameters, observations, and interpretation.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a BS/MS in Geology from a recognized institution
    • Experience as a Wellsite Geologist
    • Fluent in both written and spoken English, have good organizational and coordination skills, and be able to work well with others.
    • Offshore experience including platform/deviated well drilling with associated technologies (e.g. LWD, WL).
    • Must be in good physical condition and shall comply with all project health and safety requirements (including any rig or country-specific certifications required to work offshore).
    • Have successfully passed a recognized (OPITO) course in Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET), Sea Survival, and H2S within the previous two years. Certifications must be current and not due to expire for the anticipated duration of the project.
    • Experience with mud logging; cuttings description; real-time image logs; and correlating them to determine lithology and well path.
    • Experience with directional drilling, well planning, depth control measurements; and understanding of BHA's (Bottom Hole Assembly).
    • Experience with coring operations.
    • Experience of working in integrated asset team environment.
    • Experience in applying structural geology concepts and methods to assess compartmentalization/communication.
    • Experience of having worked with geologic modelers to incorporate maps and their interpretations into 3D geologic models

    Administrative Assistant III

    Main Function

    • Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include: typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail.
    • May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information.
    • This position would typically include a professional Administrative Assistant. Expert in the field, possibly professional certification holder.

    Requirements

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems
    • Strong administrative coordination abilities
    • Must have customer service experience
    • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
    • Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required.
    • Proficiency with MS Office required. Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
