Responsibilities for Content Writer

• Produce well-researched articles for web publishing.
• Organize writing schedules to meet deadlines for content drafts or completed projects.
• To generate ideas and content, use industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's objective.
• Work with a writing team that includes a content manager, editors, and online publishers to communicate and collaborate.
• Maintain an editorial calendar and collaborate with other members of the content production team to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
• Create related content for websites, email marketing, job descriptions, videos, and blogs, among other platforms.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze to provide ideas for improvement.
• To increase a website's online presence in search results, use search engine optimization (SEO) tactics in writing.

Qualifications for Content Writer

• A Bachelor's degree in English and Linguistics.
• A professional portfolio demonstrating a track record of good writing
• Exceptional command of the English language, including idioms and contemporary slang and expression trends
• Ability to operate alone with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work on many projects with varied objectives at the same time and have strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to engage with clients, coworkers, and management.
• Strict adherence to each company's style guides and policies for publication
• Prioritizing, scheduling, and changing as needed are all examples of good time management abilities.

• Computer skills, particularly in writing programs like Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of each client's needs as well as the company's brand, products, and services.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the day to day finanial operations within the company such as payroll invoicing and other transactions.
• Preparation of fleet monthly performance review with full variance analysis and insightful commentary.
• Timely preparation of yearly budget for fleet ensure timely reconciliation of all assigned general ledgers and on aged cutstanding items more than 30days.
• To ensure timely payment of operational expenses for transport unit.
• Effective business partnering to the transport department.
• On the job training for fleet officers.
• Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potenial improvement.
• Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company .
• Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
• Any other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 8-10 years experience.
• Professional qualification experience (ICAN,ACCA) is an advantage.

• Optimizing tax exposures in line with relevant policies and regulations.
• Ensures timely transactions, accurate record-keeping and reporting of the same.
• Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and funds available for investment.
• Maintain Banking and credit rating agency relations.
• Oversee the extension of credit to customers.
• Arrange for equity financing and debt financing dividend planning and funds.
• Monitor the activities of the third party handling outsourced treasury functions on behalf of the company.

Responsibilities

• To produce timely and accurate management reports in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (routine monthly and adhoc reports)
• Leveraging the Company’s Enterprise Resources Planning tool (SAP)
• To ensure that the Company achieves the annual operating budget through effective financial, budgeting, and budgetary controls over direct/indirect costs and inventory management
• Provide overall leadership/direction for the proper management reporting on performance of the Company.
• Each line of the statement of financial position and profit or loss statement to have supporting analysis, variance analysis and robust commentary.
• Ensure Ongoing performance appraisal of all product lines and Factory outlets.
• Ensure adequate budgeting and forecasting for each division in the Company.
• Reconciliation and proofing of the relevant General Ledger Accounts relating to Inventory and Product costing.
• Be the Finance Business Partner of Factory Operations team by attending meetings and providing required analysis to drive achievement of operational KPI’s
• Provide direct supervision to the stock/Costing Accountants and Budget Accountants.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 10 - 11 years work experience.
• Professional Qualification Experience e.g. (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
