    Content Marketing Strategist

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop a content marketing strategy that resonates with expectant and nursing mothers, aligning with the company's mission and lactation product offerings.
    • Create high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, social media, email newsletters, videos, podcasts, and guides) that addresses the needs, concerns, and interests of the target audience.
    • Leverage personal experience with childbirth and lactation to authentically connect with the audience and create empathetic content.
    • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and scientific research related to lactation, motherhood, and parenting.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment.
    • Analyze content performance using metrics and analytics, adjusting strategies accordingly.
    • Identify and partner with influencers, thought leaders, and organizations in the motherhood and lactation space to expand the company's reach.
    • Develop and execute social media campaigns that promote products, education, and community engagement.
    • Design and implement email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, drive conversions, and foster customer loyalty.
    • Create educational resources (e.g., webinars, eBooks, whitepapers) that establish the company as a trusted authority in lactation and motherhood.

    Requirements:

    • Personal experience with childbirth and lactation
    • 3+ years of content marketing experience
    • Strong understanding of lactation, motherhood, and parenting topics
    • Critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Strong analytical and data analysis skills
    • Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
    • Passion for empowering expectant and nursing mothers

    • Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 
    • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the health and wellness or lactation sector.
