    Business Development Manager

    Job Description:

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive our growth initiatives.
    • In this role, you will conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and develop strategies that align with our business objectives.
    • Your expertise will be essential in identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and optimizing our product offerings.

     Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the lactation and breastfeeding industry.
    • Analyze customer needs and preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies tailored for breastfeeding mothers.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to drive growth and expansion of The Milk Booster’s product line.
    • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and other industry players that align with our mission.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop new products and product lines that meet market demands.
    • Ensure alignment with market trends, customer preferences, and business objectives.
    • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Manage sales teams and distribution channels to ensure effective product promotion and delivery.
    • Oversee budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to ensure business profitability.
    • Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance business growth and reputation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 
    • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the health and wellness or lactation sector.
    • ⁠Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
    • ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
    • Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
