    Content Lead

    The Position

    • The Content Lead is responsible for setting the strategic direction, standards, and frameworks for all content across Renmoney’s marketing and communication channels. This role ensures that content across products and platforms is clear, consistent, compliant, and aligned with Renmoney’s brand, business objectives, and fintech positioning.
    • The role is primarily strategic, focusing on content systems, governance, quality control, and direction, with some hands-on involvement where needed to set standards, review high-impact outputs, and support execution.

    What You Will Do

    Content Strategy & Governance

    • Define and own Renmoney’s overarching content strategy across all products and customer segments.
    • Develop content frameworks, tone-of-voice guidelines, and messaging structures to ensure consistency and scalability.
    • Act as a quality gate for high-impact content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
    • Establish efficient content review processes that balance speed with quality in a fintech environment.

    Cross-Channel Content Leadership

    • Provide strategic direction and guidance across social media, performance content, lifecycle communications, product messaging, thought leadership, website, and campaign copy.
    • Ensure content works effectively across acquisition, activation, retention, and brand storytelling touchpoints.
    • Influence content outputs across teams without direct ownership of all execution.

    Product & Business Alignment

    • Support messaging across all Renmoney products, including loans, savings, payments, cards, and SME initiatives.
    • Translate complex financial products into simple, customer-friendly, and trustworthy communication.
    • Collaborate with Growth, Product, Design, and Compliance teams to ensure content supports business goals and regulatory requirements.

    Collaboration & Enablement

    • Provide strategic guidance, feedback, and quality oversight to writers, social managers, life cycle marketers, and external partners.
    • Work closely with designers and motion teams to ensure copy and visuals are aligned.
    • Support the Head of Brand & Communications in building a scalable, high-quality content function.

    AI & Efficiency

    • Leverage AI tools to improve speed, ideation, drafting, and reporting while maintaining editorial standards.
    • Use AI-assisted workflows to support content reviews, audits, and insight generation.

    Requirements

    What You Bring

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in content or marketing communications roles.
    • Strong strategic thinking and content leadership capability.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and content review skills.
    • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and content performance dynamics.
    • Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.

    Growth Manager

    The Role

    • The Growth Manager is responsible for driving user acquisition, conversion optimisation, and revenue growth across all Renmoney products. This is a hands-on role focused on executing, optimising, and scaling performance marketing and conversion initiatives across digital channels.
    • The ideal candidate is data-driven, execution-oriented, and comfortable-owning end-to-end growth experiments across paid media, funnels, and landing pages in a fast-paced fintech environment.

    What You’ll Do

    Paid Acquisition & Channel Management

    • Plan, execute, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across key channels including Google, Meta, TikTok, and other digital and OEM platforms.
    • Manage budgets, bids, creatives, and targeting to drive efficient growth across all Renmoney products.
    • Work closely with creative and content teams to continuously test and iterate on creative and messaging.

    Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

    • Own optimisation of key conversion funnels, including landing pages, onboarding flows, and critical growth touchpoints.
    • Design and execute experiments to improve conversion rates across acquisition and early-life user journeys.
    • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to implement and test funnel improvements.

    Revenue Growth

    • Drive measurable revenue outcomes across loans, savings, payments, and SME products.
    • Identify opportunities to increase transaction volume, product adoption, and customer lifetime value through growth initiatives.
    • Support cross-sell and upsell strategies in collaboration with lifecycle and product teams.

    Data, Measurement & Experimentation

    • Use Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), analytics tools, and BI dashboards to track performance and inform decisions.
    • Analyse campaign and funnel performance to identify insights, gaps, and opportunities.
    • Maintain a strong experimentation mindset, continuously testing hypotheses and scaling what works.

    Tools, Automation & AI

    • Leverage growth, analytics, and experimentation tools to improve efficiency and performance.
    • Use AI tools to support campaign optimisation, reporting, insights, and speed of execution.
    • Work closely with BI and data teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.

    Requirements

    What You Bring

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles.
    • Strong hands-on experience running and optimising paid acquisition campaigns.
    • Proven experience with CRO, landing pages, and experimentation frameworks.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
    • Familiarity with MMPs, analytics platforms, and performance marketing tools.
    • Fintech experience is nice to have, not a requirement.
