• You will play a key role in telling compelling stories, engaging our online audience, and driving brand visibility across all digital platforms.

Job Description

• As a Content Creator at ILEOJA Marketplace, you will develop and manage content across social media, website, and marketing channels.
• You’ll create engaging videos, product showcases, promotional content, and behind-the-scenes stories that highlight the uniqueness of the ILEOJA Marketplace community.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Create high-quality photo and video content for product promotions and events.
• Develop creative social media posts, captions, and short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies.
• Stay up to date with trends in content creation, social media, and e-commerce marketing.
• Cover live events, vendor interviews, and promotional activities.
• Ensure all content aligns with ILEOJA Marketplace’s brand voice and visual identity.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Strong video shooting and editing skills (using CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, InShot, etc.).
• Excellent storytelling and creativity.
• Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eye for detail, design, and aesthetics.

Education & Experience

• Minimum of OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
• A portfolio of previous work (videos, social media posts, campaigns) will be a strong advantage.

Equipment Requirement:

• Must have a smartphone with a good camera for shooting and editing videos.
• Owning a laptop for advanced editing or content scheduling is a strong advantage.

Other Requirements:

• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Ibadan.
• Must be passionate about creativity, storytelling, and social media trends.
• Must be available for full-time onsite work.

Remuneration

• Salary: N70,000 - N120,000 / month.

• ILEOJA Academy is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Data Analysis Instructor to train students in data analytics both online and onsite.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with analytical tools, real-world data projects, and a strong ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner.

Job Description

• The Data Analysis Instructor will design, deliver, and assess high-quality learning experiences in data analytics.
• You will guide students through data collection, cleaning, visualization, and interpretation using relevant tools and technologies.
• The instructor will prepare course materials, support students during projects, and ensure they gain practical, job-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions (online and onsite).
• Develop lesson plans, course content, and training materials.
• Teach data analysis concepts such as:
  • Data collection and cleaning
  • Data visualization
  • Statistical analysis
  • Dashboard creation and reporting
• Train students on tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib), and Tableau.
• Assign and evaluate student projects and assessments.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to help students build portfolios.
• Collaborate with the academy’s management to improve the curriculum.
• Maintain student engagement and ensure timely delivery of lectures.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Data Analyst, Google Data Analytics, Coursera, Udemy) are an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Prior teaching or training experience (online or offline) is preferred.
• Experience working on real-world data projects or corporate analytics roles is an asset.

Required Skills:

• Strong command of data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau).
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms).

Other Requirements:

• Must reside in or around Ibadan, Oyo State.
• Must be available for both weekday and weekend classes (as scheduled).
• Must possess a laptop and a stable internet connection for online sessions.

Remuneration

• Salary: N70,000 - N100,000 (Competitive and negotiable based on experience and expertise).
• Flexible work arrangement (instructor attends physically only when lectures are scheduled).
