    Contact Center Agent

    Job Description

    • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
    • Take and process customers' orders.
    • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
    • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
    • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
    • Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized service.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 0 - 2 years of work experience.

    Required Skills:

    • Strong communication, both written and verbal
    • Great active listening skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Computer literacy

    Brand Marketing Executive

    Job Description

    • Identify innovative business ideas to increase business prospects
    • Provide feedback on product development and service offers and participates in their development; collaborate to create, launch, and track the performance of product and service offerings in our markets
    • Develop, establish, and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
    • Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the organization
    • Assist in developing promotional strategies for brand awareness of outlets and lounge for profitability
    • Execute online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, company websites, SEM/SEO strategy development, brand awareness, and drip marketing initiatives
    • Market Research and Competitive Intelligence
    • Understand the products and services offering and approach of key competitors.
    • Communicate products and services differentiation to sales and provides input to the Brand Manager
    • Conduct marketing surveys on the current and new service concepts
    • To assist the Brand Manager in executing and coordinating the brand and promotional activities.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Public Relations, or relevant field.
    • 3 - 4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations with demonstrated success, preferably in a restaurant brand, hospitality, or FMCG sector. Experience working on the agency and client-side will be an added advantage.
    • Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications, and public relations plans and activities.
    • Good creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and personal sales skills.
    • Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications.
    • Computer literacy in word processing, database management, and page layout.
    • Strong oral and written communications skills.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.

    Sales & Marketing Executive

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Creating awareness about the brand through marketing activities
    • Assist with drawing up Marketing plans and campaigns to generate revenue
    • Contribute at least
    • 1% of the assigned Outlet’s revenue target
    • Communicate with target audiences and seal deals for outdoor catering, bulk orders, meetings, and events
    • Market and pitch the various Bukka Hut products to new clients in ways that will strengthen the brand’s presence & boost sales.
    • Conduct market research and make recommendations that will lead to revenue generation
    • Meet and surpass sales target and commission will apply where the target is exceeded
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing or any relevant field.
    • 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales and record of meeting the target
    • Good presentation skills and the ability to use Microsoft office packages.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Proven work experience as a Marketer in the hospitality industry is a plus.

    Salary
    N90,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
