Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in UI/UX design are considered a plus.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, HTML5, CSS, Tailwind, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and React JS.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software solutions that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, including frameworks such as CodeIgniter and Laravel.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS for front-end development.
• Experience with React JS and React Native for building dynamic user interfaces.
• Proficiency in relational databases such as Postgres and non-relational databases like MongoDB.
• Familiarity with SQL for database management and querying.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as GitHub/GitLab.
• Experience with Python and Django is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
