    Construction Project Manager

    Job Role

    • Direct team to support the maintenance engineering team throughout periods of large engineering projects
    • Authority to approve all project-related purchase orders for engineering scope of supply
    • Leading the team of Project Mobilisation Engineers to ensure contractual maintenance engineering activities and deliverables are completed in time to support the relevant Mobilisation Manager for each contract
    • Assist with forecasting the overall maintenance engineering resources and critical skills necessary for allocated projects in sufficient time that they can be provided
    • Ensure any specific maintenance engineering requirements for each contract are escalated, understood and in place within the core central maintenance organisation
    • Has full awareness of the potential consequences (defects and failure modes) of design changes to established processes
    • Develops, plans, coordinates and directs engineering aspects of projects across multiple locations that are of significant scope and importance
    • A Subject Matter Expert in project engineering/project management

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
    • 5 years, of project coordination / management experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management
    • Experience in the construction industry
    • Candidate must show initiative, be proactive, and take ownership of projects where appropriate
    • Ability to be flexible and embrace shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Should be aware of a variety of the field's concepts, best practices, and procedures.

    Customer Care Representative

    Responsibilities
    Customer Service Responsibilities list:

    • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
    • Generate sales leads
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution

    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

    Executive Assistant

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers.
    • Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

    Responsibilities

    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
    • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Discretion and confidentiality.
