Key Responsibilities

• Lead site operations and supervise project engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Develop and manage construction schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and regulatory standards
• Monitor progress and resolve delays or technical challenges proactively
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce quality assurance protocols

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction reporting tools
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory requirements.

• Resolve technical challenges and propose improvements to piling efficiency
• Enforce HSE standards and maintain incident-free operations

• Participate in project planning and foundation design discussions.

Qualifications

• B.Sc Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 4 years of experience in bored piling or Foundation Engineering
• Strong understanding of piling equipment, methods, and testing protocols
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and reporting skills
• Familiarity with HSE standards and geotechnical documentation.
