Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and proactive Bored Pile Engineer to oversee piling operations and ensure structural integrity in foundation works.
• The ideal candidate will manage rig teams, coordinate site activities, and ensure compliance with engineering specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise bored pile installation and ensure adherence to structural and dimensional specifications
• Coordinate daily activities of rig operators, casters, and site workers
• Monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime
• Ensure accurate documentation of pile logs, PIT, PLT, and daily site reports
• Resolve technical challenges and propose improvements to piling efficiency
• Enforce HSE standards and maintain incident-free operations
• Collaborate with Site Manager and Project Manager on planning and execution
• Review soil test results and adjust piling strategy accordingly
• Conduct quality checks and manage rework due to pile defects
• Participate in project planning and foundation design discussions.

Qualifications

• B.Sc Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 4 years of experience in bored piling or Foundation Engineering
• Strong understanding of piling equipment, methods, and testing protocols
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and reporting skills
• Familiarity with HSE standards and geotechnical documentation.
