Job Summary

• We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Construction Manager to lead and oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
• The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, quality control, and compliance with safety standards across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site operations and supervise project engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Develop and manage construction schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and regulatory standards
• Monitor progress and resolve delays or technical challenges proactively
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce quality assurance protocols
• Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and labour
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies for approvals and updates
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
• Enforce HSE policies and promote a culture of safety on site
• Mentor junior staff and foster team collaboration

Qualifications

• B.Sc Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field
• 7 – 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in infrastructure or foundation works
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction reporting tools
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory requirements.
