We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Surveyor to support site layout, measurement, and geospatial accuracy across construction projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting topographic surveys, setting out coordinates, and ensuring precision in structural alignment and foundation positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct land and site surveys using total station, GPS, and other geospatial tools
Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to set out coordinates and levels
Verify site boundaries, elevations, and dimensions for foundation works
Collaborate with engineers and rig teams to ensure accurate pile positioning
Maintain detailed records of survey data, maps, and field notes
Monitor and adjust survey instruments for accuracy and calibration
Resolve discrepancies between design plans and actual site conditions
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards during fieldwork
Provide daily reports and updates to the Site Manager or Project Engineer
Qualifications
B.Sc. or HND in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related fields
Minimum of 3 years experience in construction or geotechnical surveying
Proficiency in using total station, GPS, and AutoCAD or Civil 3D
Strong understanding of construction layouts and geospatial data
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
