Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Surveyor to support site layout, measurement, and geospatial accuracy across construction projects.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting topographic surveys, setting out coordinates, and ensuring precision in structural alignment and foundation positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land and site surveys using total station, GPS, and other geospatial tools
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to set out coordinates and levels
• Verify site boundaries, elevations, and dimensions for foundation works
• Collaborate with engineers and rig teams to ensure accurate pile positioning
• Maintain detailed records of survey data, maps, and field notes
• Monitor and adjust survey instruments for accuracy and calibration
• Resolve discrepancies between design plans and actual site conditions
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards during fieldwork
• Provide daily reports and updates to the Site Manager or Project Engineer

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or HND in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years experience in construction or geotechnical surveying
• Proficiency in using total station, GPS, and AutoCAD or Civil 3D
• Strong understanding of construction layouts and geospatial data
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
