Compensation and Benefits Manager at Montego Upstream Services Limited

Job Overview:

• A detail-oriented and experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager is needed to oversee the design, implementation, and management of the company's compensation and benefits framework. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in compensation strategy, payroll oversight, job evaluation, market pricing, statutory compliance, and benefits administration within a structured business environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance,
• Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CIPM, PHRI, SHRM, or other relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or Total Rewards management roles.
• Exposure in managing compensation and benefits operations across multiple locations and/or countries.
• Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles including job analysis, job evaluation, market pricing, salary structuring, and reward management.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian payroll regulations, labour laws, taxation, and statutory deductions.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS platforms, and payroll software systems.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
