    Community Manager

    Key Responsibilities
    Community Engagement & Experience Strategy

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy aligned with Juno’s brand and experience objectives.
    • Design and execute initiatives that foster a strong sense of belonging, participation, and advocacy among residents.
    • Plan and oversee community activities, events, and programs that drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
    • Continuously assess community sentiment and introduce improvements to enhance overall resident experience.

    Event Planning & Execution

    • Develop and implement creative event concepts and social initiatives to enhance community engagement and interaction.
    • Organize and oversee high-impact events and social gatherings within the community, ensuring strong attendance and engagement.
    • Collaborate with internal teams/ Occupants and external partners to execute seamless events that align with the company’s brand and objectives.

    Communication & Digital/Data-Driven Marketing

    • Manage and moderate all community communication channels across Juno platforms (digital and physical).
    • Drive real-time engagement, interactions, and conversions across these channels.
    • Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
    • Optimize digital communication strategies based on insights and trends.
    • Manage online reputation and digital PR efforts.
    • Serve as the primary escalation point for community-related issues requiring coordination across teams.

    Value-Added Services (VAS) Oversight

    • Oversee the design, rollout, and performance of Juno’s value-added service offerings.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to identify new VAS opportunities that enhance resident experience and drive revenue.
    • Track uptake, usage, and customer feedback on VAS offerings.
    • Deliver on assigned VAS revenue targets and continuously optimize offerings for growth and relevance.

    Team Leadership & Operations

    • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of Community Officers.
    • Set clear expectations, priorities, and performance standards for the community team.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and regular feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
    • Ensure community operations run smoothly, with strong attention to responsiveness, professionalism, and consistency.

    Performance Tracking & Reporting

    • Track, analyze, and report on key community and experience metrics.
    • Use data and insights to refine engagement strategies, improve service delivery, and inform management decisions.
    • Prepare periodic performance reports for management, highlighting outcomes, challenges, and improvement plans.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in community management, customer experience, communications, marketing, or social media management role.
    • Proven experience managing communities (online and/or offline) with measurable engagement outcomes.
    • Experience organizing community events, and influencer engagement.
    • Demonstrated success in digital marketing and brand management across various channels
    • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube) and best practices
    • Experience in digital communication strategies, including content creation, audience engagement, and online reputation management.
    • Experience supervising teams or coordinating frontline officers is an advantage.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

    Real Estate Analyst

    About The Role.

    • We are seeking a Real Estate Analyst with 4–6 years’ experience in real estate development, financing, or asset management to support Juno’s growing real estate portfolio and development pipeline.
    • The role is highly analytical and data-driven, with responsibility for market intelligence, financial modeling, portfolio performance tracking, construction cost oversight, and land bank optimization. The Analyst will transform market and operational data into actionable insights that guide pricing, development decisions, and long-term asset strategy.
    • You will report to the SVP, Juno Operations and work closely with Development, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    Financial Analysis & Performance Tracking

    • Conduct financial and market analysis to evaluate property values, investment potential, and portfolio performance.
    • Build and maintain detailed financial models to forecast cash flows, returns, and valuation scenarios across rental and development assets.
    • Model the unique cash-flow dynamics of monthly rental operations, including turnover costs, utilities, and service-related expenses.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, variances, and performance drivers across assets and locations.
    • Prepare periodic financial and development performance reports for management decision-making.

    Competitor Research & Market Intelligence

    • Perform structured competitor analysis across comparable residential products and locations.
    • Maintain a comprehensive database of rental benchmarks by product type (e.g., Studio, Quad) and geography.
    • Track and analyze macro-economic indicators (inflation, FX rates, interest rates) and assess implications for rental pricing and asset performance.
    • Engage internal teams and external industry stakeholders to stay informed on market opportunities and risks.
    • Analyze macro-economic trends in Nigeria, such as inflation and FX rates, to recommend rental price adjustments.

    Construction & Development Oversight

    • Work with the Development team to track construction spend against approved budgets and timelines.
    • Review development cost reports and flag deviations, risks, or cost overruns early.
    • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to support financial and operational controls across development projects.
    • Support regulatory and stakeholder engagements related to development activities.

    Land Bank & Asset Management

    • Work with the Development team to track construction spend against approved budgets and timelines.
    • Conduct feasibility and highest-and-best-use analyses for vacant or undeveloped land assets.
    • Coordinate with the Legal team to validate land titles and approvals (C of O, Governor’s Consent, etc.).
    • Support strategic planning for land utilization and future development phases.

    Reporting & Stakeholder Support

    • Produce monthly investment and performance reports covering occupancy, rental yields, and collection efficiency.
    • Develop clear dashboards, visualizations, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
    • Serve as the central data custodian for real estate financial records, ensuring accuracy, organization, and audit readiness.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline
    • 4–6 years’ experience in real estate analysis, development, asset management, or operations
    • Strong understanding of real estate transactions and development economics
    • Demonstrated ability to translate market and operational data into actionable financial insights
    • Proven experience identifying and evaluating risks across asset types, geographies, and industry sectors
    • Strong analytical capability with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
    • Proficiency in data visualization, reporting, and presentation
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks of varying complexity in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
