    Admin/Head of Operation

    We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and results-driven Admin/ Head of Operations to oversee our day-to-day administrative functions and operational processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, supervise, and coordinate the work of engineers, architects, storekeepers, and administrative staff.
    • Oversee the entire operational flow from project initiation to completion.
    • Implement and enforce operational policies, systems, and procedures for maximum efficiency.
    • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Serve as the link between management and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
    • Drive operational excellence through proactive problem-solving and leadership.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in admin/operations management, preferably in the engineering/construction sector.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools.

    Business Development Manager
