The Role
- Flutterwave is looking for Senior Talent Management Specialist(s). This role will include - but not limited to-: core focus on talent acquisition and retention in addition to supporting and driving overall talent management initiatives.
- This role involves supervisory responsibilities managing members of the TM team. You will be responsible for driving talent management initiatives across your area of focus (be it engineering, design, business etc.) as Flutterwave continues to grow and scale globally.
- You will be expected to work closely with the head of talent management, other members of the people team and hiring managers to identify and implement ways to recruit, engage and retain the best talent globally.
What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be Like
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Manage and scale a global team of specialists and/or analysts
- Utilize a combination of unique sourcing techniques to identify and attract viable talent such as LinkedIn recruiter, Boolean searches, Employee Referrals, Niche Job Boards etc.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess cultural fits and provide feedback to the Hiring Team during the offer process
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, both internally and externally, on all things’ recruitment related
- Implement and drive talent retention strategies
- Leverage data to define success metrics, measure productivity, and inform strategic decision making
- Research and participate in the most relevant career fairs, local job fairs and professional events to support Flutterwave’s growth plan
- Provide support for change management initiatives
- Collaborate with our HRBPs, People Operations and Hiring Managers
- Prepare weekly recruitment status reports for Head of Talent Management’s review
- Act on behalf of; and perform any other duties that may be assigned by management
Required Competency and Skillset to be a Waver
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience working in a start-up or high growth company is highly valued
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technology and/or financial services
- Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory capacity
- Experience recruiting top talent worldwide for a myriad of roles
- Proven expertise in fostering strong relationships with business leaders
- Efficient multi-tasker and ability to work & deliver under pressure
- Excellent client management, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills

The Role
- We are looking for an Associate Project and Partnership Optimization Manager who will activate and manage projects to enable new payment types on Flutterwave Infrastructure.
- You will also analyze data to determine optimal transaction routing strategy across service lines, including implementing add-on services that can improve the product, customer experience, or revenue, act as the frontline for all partner issues and subsequent resolution, and build and maintain relationships with all relevant Flutterwave partners.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop full-scale project plans and collaborate with Stakeholders (I.e Engineering Team, Treasury team, Product Team) to track performance and progress as well as associated communication documents using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Apply appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Effectively communicate project expectations to stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Develop effective strategies to remedy variances from project plans, and minimize impacts
- Manage transitions between project stages and ensure that changes are consistent with organizational goals
- Determine criteria and use data to evaluate partner service delivery in order to determine optimal transaction routing strategy
- Build and Manage relationships with partners beyond project implementations
- Ensure frequent meetings with partners to support integrations
