    Talent Management Specialist

    Location: Lekki, Lagos
    Department: People

    The Role

    • Flutterwave is looking for Talent Management Specialist(s). This role will include - but not limited to-: core focus on talent acquisition and retention in addition to supporting overall talent management initiatives.
    • You will support in the implementation of talent management initiatives across the non technical teams (sales, expansion, compliance, legal, finance etc) as Flutterwave continues to grow and scale globally.
    • You will be expected to work closely with the senior talent management specialist, other members of the people team and hiring managers to identify and implement ways to recruit, engage and retain the best talent globally.

    Responsibilities
    What your day-to-day activities will be like:

    • Responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing to offer negotiation for roles assigned
    • Utilize a combination of unique sourcing techniques to identify and attract viable talent such as LinkedIn recruiter, Boolean searches, Employee Referrals, Niche Job Boards etc.
    • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline
    • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess cultural fits and provide feedback to the Hiring Team during the offer process
    • Support implementation of retention strategies
    • Leverage data to inform strategic decision making
    • Research and participate in the most relevant career fairs, local job fairs and professional events to support Flutterwave’s growth plan
    • Collaborate with our HRBPs, People Operations and Hiring Managers
    • May work with senior peers on more complex requisitions for learning opportunities
    • Act on behalf of; and perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.

    Required Competency and Skillset to be a Waver

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technology and/or financial services
    • Experience recruiting top talent worldwide for a myriad of roles
    • Proven expertise in fostering strong relationships with business leaders
    • Efficient multi-tasker and ability to work & deliver under pressure
    • Excellent client management, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
    • Experience creating and presenting reports to executive management
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
