    Head Chef

    Department: Kitchen Operations 

    Report To: Restaurant Manager/ General Manager   

    Salary:  N220,000     

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and design menus in line with the restaurant’s concept and target market.
    • Supervise food preparation to ensure consistency, taste, and presentation standards.
    • Manage kitchen staff, including training and performance monitoring.
    • Control food costs, portion sizes, and wastage.
    • Oversee procurement of food supplies and manage inventory.
    •  Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
    • Maintain kitchen equipment and report maintenance needs.
    • Innovate and introduce new dishes to enhance customer experience.
    • Collaborate with management on pricing and special promotions

    Requirement

    • BSc or Higher National Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field.
    • Professional culinary certification (e.g., City & Guilds, culinary institute certification) is an added advantage.
    •  5 years of proven experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen management

    Project Supervisor(Telecommunication)

    Department: Project Management (Telecom Infrastructure)   

    Telecommunication Infrastructure Projects     

    Report To: Project Manager   

    Salary:  N180,000    

    Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):

    • Project Planning & Coordination: Develop project schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project milestones. 
    • Team Supervision: Lead and manage on-site teams, including technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and task alignment. 
    • Quality Control: Monitor work progress and ensure installations (e.g., cabling, equipment, or tower setups) meet technical specifications, client requirements, and industry standards.
    • Budget & Cost Management: Track project expenses, manage budgets, and report cost variances to ensure financial objectives are met. 
    • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols (e.g., OSHA standards & HSE) and conduct site inspections to ensure a safe working environment. 
    • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 
    • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings, and submit reports to management and clients. 
    • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve project issues, such as delays, equipment failures, or resource shortages, to minimize disruptions. 
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including permitting and environmental requirements.

    Requirement

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. 
    • Experience: 3+ years of experience in telecommunications project supervision or a related role (e.g., field technician, site supervisor). Experience with tower installation, retrofit, audit, operations and maintenance, wireless networks, or broadband installations is highly desirable. 
    • Certifications: Preferred certifications include PMP (Project Management Professional), or industry-specific credentials. 
    • Technical Skills: Familiarity with telecom equipment (e.g., Towers, routers, switches, antennas), and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). 
    • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
    • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Physical Requirements: Ability to work in outdoor environments, site inspection, Technical Site Survey (TSS)
    • Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

    Required Competencies:

    • Knowledge of 4G/5G network deployments is a plus, Tower structures and Operations and Maintenance. 
    • Experience with permitting processes and coordination with local municipalities. 
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
