• Assist students with debugging, code review, and project guidance
• Offer constructive feedback and progress evaluations
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into your tutoring
• Prepare learning resources and reference materials as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficient in at least one major programming language and software development framework
• Prior tutoring, teaching, or mentorship experience (formal or informal)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, approachable way

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in a variety of multimedia disciplines, such as:
• Graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Video production & editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Animation & motion graphics (After Effects, Blender)
• Sound editing & music production (Audacity, FL Studio, Logic Pro)
• Multimedia storytelling, portfolio development, or content strategy
• Customize instructional approaches based on individual student needs, learning styles, and project goals
• Provide feedback on creative work, projects, and technical assignments
• Help students troubleshoot software, file formats, and hardware challenges
• Stay current with trends in digital media, creative tools, and best practices
• Prepare instructional materials or tutorials as needed for sessions

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Film, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating multimedia proficiency
• Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring in a creative or academic setting
• Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)
