    Deputy Manager- Internal Audit

    Job Summary

    • The main purpose of the job is to assist the Head of Department in ensuring the reliability, security, and compliance of our IT systems. Play a critical role in IT Audits, IT Security Audits, IT General Controls (ITGC), and the COBIT Framework while supporting ongoing infrastructure and operational improvements.

    Job Details

    • Plan, execute, and report on IT audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of ITGCs across key systems and infrastructure.
    • Provide technical input into the design, implementation, and improvement of IT controls.
    • Ensure IT processes align with COBIT 5 or 2019 Framework principles and best practices.
    • Collaborate with internal audit on technology related reviews.
    • Manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, network systems, and hardware configurations.
    • Analyse system vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions to mitigate risk.
    • Stay current on emerging IT threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance requirements.
    • Document procedures, audit findings, and remediation efforts in a clear and organized manner.
    • Report on probable avenues for revenue leakage/loss from audits conducted.
    • Assess accountability for the Company’s assets to safeguard against loss.
    • Supporting Head of Internal Audit in planning and co-ordination of audits
    • Supporting in Fraud Investigation as per the direction of Head Internal Audit

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree/ Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field
    • 5 + relevant experience as Manager in IT engineering or IT Audit roles.
    • Experience in Big 4 is an added advantage.
    • Professional certification(s) in IT auditing (e.g., CISA) or IT governance (e.g., COBIT Foundation) is an added advantage etc.
    • Strong understanding of ITGCs, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
    • Hands-on experience with the COBIT Framework.
    • Solid knowledge of network architecture, systems administration, and cybersecurity.
    • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
    • Ability to use SQL and different forensic software
    • FMCG industry experience is a plus

    Inventory Controller

    Job Summary

    • We are hiring for an Inventory Controller who will be responsible for monitoring and managing all financial aspects of inventory across the supply chain in the plant. This role ensures accurate inventory valuation, cost control, and compliance with accounting standards while working closely with operations, procurement, and warehousing teams to optimize stock management and minimize financial risks.

    Job Details

    • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely reconciliation between physical stock and financial systems.
    • Monitor and analyse inventory movements, aging, and stock variances to identify risks and opportunities.
    • Partner with supply chain and operations teams to review inventory levels, turnover, and obsolescence.
    • Prepare inventory reports and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including inventory valuation and journal entries.
    • Perform root cause analysis on stock adjustments, write-offs, and inventory losses.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements related to inventory.
    • Support the development and implementation of inventory management policies and procedures.
    • Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counts, including planning, execution, and analysis.
    • Contribute to working capital improvement initiatives by providing insights into inventory optimization.
    • Provide support during internal and external audits regarding inventory-related queries and documentation.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent is a plus).
    • 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, inventory control, or supply chain finance in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
    • Strong knowledge of inventory accounting principles, including standard costing, FIFO, and weighted average methods.
    • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics); strong Excel skills required.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with non-financial teams.

    Finance Specialist - Operations

    Job Summary

    • The Finance Specialist-Operations will provide timely and accurate payment of approved expenses at the Region and serve as the first point of contact for document archiving and arch file keeping.

    Job Details

    • Prepare the schedule of approved payments for plant/region expenses.
    • Prepare/pack payment vouchers on the ERP, mindful of the appropriate Cost Center and General Ledger (GL) before final posting by the Specialist or Finance Lead.
    • Support the OFM in preparing weekly Fund Request for the region based on the approved expense requests.
    • Keeps proper custody of hardcopies of records (payment vouchers, waybills, and invoices)
    • Participate actively in the month end stock count activities.

    Requirements

    • BSc/HND
    • 2yrs+ post qualification experience in MNC Manufacturing Environment.
    • Intermediate Microsoft Suite
    • Sound knowledge of financial and management accounting.
    • Excellent Ability related to Data Analytics at both financial and operational fronts
