    Role Overview

    • As a Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships with manufacturers and distributors. You will drive strategic purchasing decisions that align with sales trends, working capital constraints, and margin goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    Vendor Management

    • Identify, evaluate, and onboard a wide network of manufacturers, brand owners, and distributors.
    • Build strong vendor partnerships to unlock better pricing, payment terms, and long-term collaboration.
    • Negotiate contracts covering supply, delivery, returns, expiry handling, credit terms, and rebates.

    Strategic Buying & Demand Planning

    • 3 - 5 years of experience in procurement, buying, merchandising, or sourcing roles; B2B, FMCG, or e-commerce experience preferred.
    • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
    • Deep knowledge of tax, compliance, contracts, and vendor management.
    • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP tools.

    KYC Support Officer

    About The Role

    • As a KYC Support Officer, you will be working with the leadership of the organization to ensure the company merchants are compliant with regulatory KYC requirements and protect the company from being involved with individuals or entities associated with financial crime.

    Responsibilities

    • Review and risk assessment of new client relationships

    Head of Operations, Onboarding & Retention

    About The Role

    • This role will own end-to-end product and field operations for both individual and business accounts. You will be the operational leader driving seamless new-account openings, KYC upgrades, address verifications (including proof-of-address checks and physical visits), and ongoing due-diligence processes (e.g., nature-of-business verifications). You’ll partner closely with our sales network, product, compliance, and risk teams to design, implement, and continuously optimize workflows that meet or exceed our SLA, success-rate, and compliance goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • End-to-End Operations Ownership
    • Lead, scale, and refine the operational processes for new account openings (L1 and L2) for individuals and businesses.
    • Design and manage KYC upgrade flows—from basic identity checks to full business-registration & KYB.
    • Oversee proof-of-address verification programs, including document review and in-person visits where required.
    • Own ongoing monitoring and re-verification (e.g., nature-of-business checks, periodic refreshes).

    Qualifications & Experience

    • 8+ years of operations leadership experience in financial services, fintech, or banking, with a minimum of 3 years owning KYC/KYB or onboarding operations at scale.
    • Proven track record managing both digital and field-based verification teams.
