Actively supporting the team’s client retention strategies by providing excellent service to customers.
Serve as the primary daily service contact for the clients
Conduct accounts reviews to track customer needs and usage trends
Track and maintain customer data/information
Initiate the development of products required to meet customer needs
Market the Bank’s products to meet customer needs
Ensure efficient service and maintenance of existing customers
Perform all other duties as may be assigned by the Business Manager.
As part of the Bank’s Information Security requirements, maintain the security of all Information entrusted to the staff and comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook
EDUCATION.
Minimum Education: HND / B.Sc. in any discipline, with minimum of Upper Credit for HND and 2.2 for B.Sc
MBA/ACCA or post graduate education as added advantage
EXPERIENCE.
Minimum experience –6 years relevant banking (marketing/business development) experience
