This is a full-time on-site position based in Uyo for an Account Relationship Manager at The Alternative Bank.
The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and providing tailored financial solutions to meet client needs.
Daily tasks include maintaining and nurturing customer relationships, cross-selling bank products, and guiding clients in achieving financial goals.
The role also involves monitoring client accounts, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with bank policies while supporting business development initiatives to meet sales targets.

Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management, Client Retention, and Cross-Selling
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to Analyze Financial Data and Provide Customized Banking Recommendations
Problem-Solving, Organizational, and Time-Management Skills
Knowledge of Non-Interest Banking Products and Ethical Finance Principles is an Advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience in relationship management or client-facing roles, especially in the banking or financial services sector
