    Business Manager

    Functions

    • Propose, Execute and Manage Business Plans and Strategies to achieve Management's set Busines Objectives.
    • Optimally manage all Resources (Human Resources, Marketing Assets, Customers, General Operations, etc.) Of the Centre to achieve set Objectives.
    • Provide effective and efficient Business Imdership that are result-leadership that are result-oriented to ensure business growth.
    • Enhance and Sustain Brand reputation.
    • Responsible for actualization of Set branchs Marketing and sales goals and objectives
    • Manage the lead generation and conversion process to achieve SIN 1 above.
    • Utilizx Digital marketing skills (social media platforms and digital marketing tools) to enhance branding Visibility
    • and acceptability
    • Continuously research and identify market trends and opportunities in Order to remain competitive and profitable.

    Qualification Experience

    Human Capital Management Officer

    Key Accountabilities

    • Recruitment Function: Support Human Resource activities, in collaboration with Head, Human Capital Management, Business Managers and Functional Heads towards ensuring the recruitment, orientation and onboarding of right fit persons.
    • Employees Performance Appraisal: Support Employees Performance appraisal activities and follow-up actions in accordance with our policy.
    • Support all HR Operations and Policy Compliance.
    • Support employees training development and succession planning initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • First degree in any discipline with at least 2/2 from an approved university.
    • Minimum of 3 years post-NYSC experience in Human Capital Management in at least a small/medium-size
    • At least 3 years proven experience at managing HR operations at senior level.
    • Hands-on experience in HR Policy and Procedure formulation and implementation.
    • Professional member Of CIPM and/or SHRM (or working towards certification) is an advantage.

    Core Cornpetencies 

    • Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
    • Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
    • Must have at least intermediate skills in the use Of Micmsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Good communications and Business Result-oriented attitude.
    • Remuneration Industry competitive.
