    Business Development Team Lead

    Job Responsibilities

    • The Business Development Team lead (Public Sector), will be assigned the following primary responsibilities, among others:
    • Drive extensive business development in the Public Services sector
    • Expand market share and visibility in the Public sector
    • Deploy online and direct marketing techniques for maximum success
    • Build winning marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of business development.
    • Carry out winning presentations to prospects to support business development
    • Achieve defined business volumes and executive sales

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or Marketing with a 2:1 or first class from a top-tier university
    • A second degree or professional qualification is a plus
    • Minimum of 4 years of successful sales and business development experience in the Public Services sector.
    • Evidence of meeting and exceeding sales targets at Executive levels
    • Excellent business writing and presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Strong networking ability

    • Our client is recruiting to fill the vacant Senior Human Resources Consultant position. The Senior Human Resources Consultant’s responsibilities include developing human resource solution models.
    • Others include business development, research, and innovation, developing, and implementing human resources initiatives. The position reports directly tthe C.E.O.

    Human Resources Initiatives:

    • Act as Senior Human Resources Consultant on a variety of human resource projects and provide innovative, technology-driven, and timely human resources solutions.
    • Review diverse clients' human resources needs, develop cutting-edge solutions tfulfill those needs, and ensure they are being professionally implemented across various sectors (Power, Telecoms, Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Public Sector, etc.)

    Requirements
    Academic:

    • Professional (SHRM or CIPM etc.) Qualification is mandatory.
    • Other relevant certifications and membership of professional associations will be added advantage.

    Work Experience:

    • A minimum of eight (8) years of post-graduation work experience.
    • A minimum of five (5) years of hands-on Senior human resources consulting experience.
