Job Requirements

• A Degree in B.Sc. Degree in Social science, Human Resources, Psychology or related field with a minimum of Second Class Upper from a leading university.
• NYSC Corp Member with HR internship experience pre-graduation or exposure in the following:
  • Preparing and communicating training calendar for employees
  • Familiar with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Plan and execute new employee induction program and supporting effective onboarding
  • Prepare and maintain reports to track the efficacy of training imparted.
  • Delivery of training for technical and non-technical skills to employees
  • Identify individual and organizational development needs
• Excellent research and analytical abilities
• Knowledge of MS word and computer literacy
