 Job description 

• Identifies key prospects & develops selling & penetration plans using a consultative selling approach to offer Facilities/Cleaning services.
• Applies Facilities/Cleaning adjacency expertise to design and implement customer programs. 
• Sell to multiple levels of decision-makers within larger, high potential accounts by developing partnerships with customers.
• Schedules face-to-face contact with current or prospective clients. 
• Sell value and innovative Facilities/Cleaning services to meet clients needs.
• Meet and surpass assigned monthly target

 Qualification  & Skills Requirements 

• BSc/ HND in any relevant field
• Information gathering and management skills
• Adaptability and Initiative: Can think on their feet
• High energy levels, Upbeat, Friendly, Warm and Professional

Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 1 month contract

Duties

• Build relationships with key clients.
• Create plans to address clients’ business needs.
• Advise clients on upcoming webinars and conferences.
• Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied.
• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products.
• Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.

Qualifications

• BSc in Social Science related courses.
• 1 - 3 years call centre experience.
• Preferably Females.

Resposiblities

• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Fixing of meeting with clients at their locations.
• Calling potential customers to explain company services and encourage purchases.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company solutions.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
• Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
• Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
• Build, plan and implement the overall digital sales strategy
• Manage the digital sales channels
• Prepare and manage a digital sales budget
• Engage prospects on digital platforms
• Build an inbound digital sales plan
• Forecast sales performance trends
• Achieve digital sales target
• Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement

Requirements

• B.Sc in Computer Science, Marketing , Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Physics Electronics and other Marketing related fields.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in ICT sales and marketing via digital platforms.
• 35 years below

Remuneration
Basic pay plus commission
