    Business Development Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Outreach & Prospecting

    • Identify, research, and develop a pipeline of target clients within assigned territories.
    • Conduct cold visits and scheduled meetings with decision-makers.
    • Execute weekly visit plans to maximize coverage and conversions.

    Product Demonstration & Sales

    • Deliver tailored product demonstrations based on client needs.
    • Clearly communicate the product’s value proposition and benefits.
    • Handle objections and close subscription deals effectively.
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Relationship Management & Retention

    • Serve as the primary contact for onboarded clients.
    • Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction.
    • Drive renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
    • Address client concerns proactively to maintain long-term relationships.

    Reporting & Market Intelligence

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.
    • Provide weekly reports and sales forecasts.
    • Share market insights, competitor activity, and client feedback.

    Requirements

    Must-Have:

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Tech-savvy with the ability to use smartphones and productivity tools.
    • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

    Nice-to-Have:

    • Experience in SaaS or tech product sales.
    • Existing network within relevant industries.
    • Background in customer success or account management.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

    Marketing Executive

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s properties and services.
    • Create engaging online and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
    • Manage the company’s social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and prospective customers.
    • Coordinate promotional events, property exhibitions, and marketing activations.
    • Prepare marketing reports and provide regular updates to management.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
    • Develop marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
    • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
    • Ensure consistent brand visibility and awareness across all marketing channels.

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any related field.
    • Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or real estate marketing is an added advantage.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools.
    • Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
    • Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
    • Smart, confident, and result-oriented personality.
    • Must reside in Lagos, preferably around Ajah or its environs.

    Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate market.
    • Promote and market the company’s properties to prospective buyers and investors.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
    • Conduct property inspections and presentations for clients.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and social media marketing is an advantage.
