Sales Executive at Amy Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate market.
• Promote and market the company’s properties to prospective buyers and investors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Conduct property inspections and presentations for clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and customer feedback to management.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Negotiate sales agreements and close deals professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and strategies.
• Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after sales transactions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or any related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or real estate sales is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Good interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and social media marketing is an advantage.
• Smart, confident, and result-oriented personality.
• Must reside in Lagos, preferably around Ajah or its environs.
