    Business Development Associate

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for an energetic business development associate to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships.
    • Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
    • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
    • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
    • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
    • Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
    • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
    • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
    • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

    Requirements

    • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
    • Demonstrated experience working with small business
    • Strong IT and social media skills
    • Strong record keeping skills, attention to details
    • Self-starter and highly motivated

    Salary
    N100,000 / month.

    HR Coordinator

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.
    • You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees’ records and supporting theinterview process. Your role, also, involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’stalent pipelineand improve oursourcing tactics.
    • The ideal candidate will have abroad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. He/She will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.
    • Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
    • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
    • Support the recruitment/hiring process bysourcing candidates, performingbackground checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
    • Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
    • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
    • Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
    • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
    • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
    • Support other functions as assigned

    Requirements

    • First Degree in HR or related field.
    • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
    • Knowledge of human resources processes andbest practices
    • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)
    • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
    • Good organizational and time management skills

    Salary
    N150,000 / month.
