    Branding Manager

    Requirements

    • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • A postgraduate degree (MBA, MSc) is an added advantage.
    • A minimum of 8 years of working experience.
    • At least 5 years of strategic-level experience in business development, branding, or marketing.
    • Experience in the real estate, financial services, or luxury retail sectors.
    • A strong understanding of strategic marketing planning and implementation.
    • Deep knowledge of lead generation techniques, digital marketing tools, and campaign design.
    • Proficiency in brand management and communications, including public relations and content development.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
    • Plan and implement targeted campaigns (digital and offline) to promote our projects and services.
    • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to refine our positioning.
    • Drive the company's presence on social media, the web, and other digital platforms.
    • Create and run multi-channel content and advertising campaigns tailored to segmented audiences.
    • Build, manage, and expand a high-performing network of independent sales agents and brokers.
    • Create and implement go-to-market strategies for new offerings.

    HR Lead

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily HR operations, including employee records and policy implementation.
    • Managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Support the implementation and coordination of the performance management system.
    • Handle grievance procedures and disciplinary processes in line with internal policies and labor laws.
    • Ensure HR practices comply with regulatory requirements, including health & safety and employment law.
    • Coordinate employee training and development programs and identifying learning gaps.
    • Manage employee data using HRIS tools and preparing periodic HR reports.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is required, and a master's degree is an added advantage.
    • A minimum of 8 years' experience in HR with a strong background in generalist functions.
    • Upstream Oil & Gas Experience, non-negotiable
    • Industry experience in upstream oil & gas or a similarly complex, fast-paced sector is preferred.
    • Possess a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, Nigerian labor law, and compliance standards

    Human Resource Manager (Upstream Oil & Gas Experinece)

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and execute HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance.
    • Manageend-to-end recruitment processes, developing sourcing strategies, and leading onboarding for new hires.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to staff and management, resolving workplace conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
    • Coordinating the performance management process and supporting managers in setting goals and development plans for their teams.
    • Overseeing HR administrative functions such as leave, attendance, benefits, and payroll support.
    • Ensuring full compliance with labor laws and internal policies, and coordinating statutory filings.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field, with a professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) being required. A master's degree or MBA is an added advantage.
    • A minimum of 10 years of overall HR experience, with at least 5 years in a generalist HR role.
    • A deep understanding of Nigerian labor laws, HR regulatory frameworks, HRIS, and reporting systems.
    • Possessing skills in communication, leadership, recruitment, employee relations, and analytical and report writing.
    • Demonstrating attributes such as professionalism, integrity, proactiveness, and strategic thinking.
    • Experience in the upstream oil & gas sector or similar industries is highly desirable and non-negotiable.
