Job Description

• As a key member of the spa, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional beauty and wellness services to the clients.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for holistic health, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be proficient in a range of beauty treatments.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with the warmest hospitality, ensuring they want to return.
• Ensure high standards are delivered and maintained through every interaction.
• Generate and support team and customer sales initiatives to deliver targets.
• Provide personalised recommendations on treatments and products wherever possible
• to enhance the guest experience.
• Responsible for all Spa treatments and product stock control
• Support Spa Therapist training, including treatments, retail, and guest experience
• Motivate and lead the team to deliver amazing experiences.

Qualifications

• Relevant certification or Diploma in beauty therapy from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist, with a focus on holistic treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, massage techniques, waxing and holistic wellness practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Join the recruiting team in hiring new staff, onboarding and training.
• Identify and research potential clients
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
• Support project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
• Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.

Qualification & Skills

• B.Sc, HND or NCE degree in any field.
• Target and goal driven.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to use design tools like Canva, Corel draw is an advantage.
• Must live within the axis of Ogba, Agege, Ikeja.
