    Head, Business Development

    Job Objective:

    • To provide oversight on the teams’ activities while establishing a strong relationship with prospective and existing clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Establishing lasting relationships with prospective clients
    • Strategizing on developing new products
    • Track revenue /receivable per client
    • Track growth in revenue
    • Attend to various client requests
    • Report on the success of the business and areas that need improvement
    • Follow industry trends and be proactive in advising Management accordingly
    • Increase Client base
    • Acquisition of new business
    • Provide monthly activity updates to clients
    • Manage and retain existing relationships with existing clients
    • Write a business proposal
    • Deepen the relationship with Issuing houses

    Key Requirements:

    • First degree in Business Marketing or a related field
    • Postgraduate degree in any field is an added advantage
    • Minimum 8 years of cognate experience in the Registrars space
    • 7- 8 years’ experience in sales or marketing or related field with the following ability to: Increase Revenue, build a strategic partnership, make strategic decisions, increase profitability, increase growth in terms of business expansion, identify sales, and pitch goods and services to new clients.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Proficiency with the use of MS Office Suites e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
    • Understanding of Share Registration
    • Excellent Business writing skills
    • Excellent presentation skills

    Telemarketers

    Job Objective:

    • This role will generate leads and qualify potential clients for our insurance products. S/he will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with prospective customers and contributing to the overall success of the Company’s sales/revenue objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contact potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
    • Qualify leads by understanding their insurance needs and financial situations.
    • Present insurance products and services effectively and persuasively.
    • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

    Key Requirements:

    Junior Architect

    Job Objective:

    • The Architect will be responsible for creating a functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing space and design while assessing space requirements, optimal furniture placement, selecting decorative items and interior design best practices as well as creating relevant blueprints, adhering to building code and inspection requirements.
    • The ideal individual must be very good at rendering design and animation for the company's interior and space finishing works/projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain/organize project files, schedules, and specifications.
    • Site visits and assisting in construction supervision.
    • Create multiple design options to help clients visualize their desires
    • Work with the entire team, in the office, and with the clients.
    • Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects. This includes millwork, tile, elevations, plans, sections, and reflected ceiling plans.
    • Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Site survey/measures of existing conditions and producing drawings of same.
    • Experience in researching, selecting, and specifying materials and finishes.
    • Prioritize the use of sustainable design trends and materials
    • Works flexibly and collaboratively with other building designers and architects.
    • Demonstrate fluency with basic residential and small-scale commercial building materials, details, and construction techniques.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
    • At least 2-3 years of experience as an Architect in interior works and space management or related roles.
    • Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, Lumion, and Vray.
    • Experience in architectural project management is an added advantage.
    • Organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, fast-paced team player.
    • Strong technical and practical CAD skills with an understanding of architectural conventions, including floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, electrical etc
    • Experience and interest in traditional and modern detailing.
    • Strong understanding of and proficiency in producing all schedules.
    • Job site experience including working with builders and landscape architects, measuring and producing as-built documents.
