This role will generate leads and qualify potential clients for our insurance products. S/he will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with prospective customers and contributing to the overall success of the Company’s sales/revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Qualify leads by understanding their insurance needs and financial situations.
Present insurance products and services effectively and persuasively.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Key Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening and active listening skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
Persuasive and negotiation skills.
Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
