    Assistant Hotel Manager

    Job Summary:

    • Support the Hotel Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving efficiency across departments.

    Responsibilities:

    Operations & Guest Service:

    • Assist in managing front desk, housekeeping, and F&B operations.
    • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly, ensuring high satisfaction.
    • Oversee room assignments, check-in/check-out processes, and coordinate with departments.

    Administration & Compliance:

    • Support budgeting, monitor expenses, and track occupancy reports.
    • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
    • Manage staff schedules, performance evaluations, and training coordination.

    Marketing & Sales:

    • Assist in promoting hotel services, packages, and events.

    Requirements
