    • Our client urgently requires the services of a Cook who has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in catering. 
    • Due to logistic challenges, our client will prefer a candidate who resides in Ikeja or other close vicinities close to GRA Ikeja.

    Responsibilities

    Operations Supervisor

    Job Description

    • Our client is currently located at Awka in Anambra State. Due to increasing activities, our client urgently requires the services of a supervisor who has a minimum of three years’ experience in Hotel management.

    Responsibilities
    The job functionalities are:

    • Serve customers with high standards of customer care at all times
    • To be responsible for the cashing up procedure of the cash floats in your area of supervision
    • To follow the University’s financial procedures in order to bank daily cash sales
    • To ensure that Licensing Laws are adhered to
    • To be involved in staff training to include health and safety, finance, food hygiene and operational procedures
    • Establish excellent systems of communications with all members of operations staff
    • Contribute to team meetings and staff appraisals
    • To ensure that food hygiene legislation and the HACCP control systems are adhered to

    • To report all incidents and accidents as per legislative or University procedure. You will from time to time be required to undertake other duties of a sim.
