    Area Sales Representative, FMCG

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Representative to drive sales and market penetration for our foam /FMCG products across Delta State.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, expanding distribution channels, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales growth and achieve assigned revenue targets within the territory
    • Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets
    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
    • Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability and competitor activities
    • Ensure effective product distribution and visibility across key locations
    • Execute sales strategies and promotional activities in line with company objectives
    • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with distributors to prevent stock-outs
    • Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and trends
    • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage receivables
    • Prepare and submit periodic sales and performance reports

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 5+ years of sales experience in FMCG or foam industry
    • Strong knowledge of the Delta State market and distribution network
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • High level of drive, energy, and self-motivation
    • Customer-focused with a results-oriented mindset
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

    Additional Requirements:

    • Must be willing to travel frequently within Delta State
    • A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.

    Senior Manager - Finance and Accounts

    About the Role

    • We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee bookkeeping, financial reporting, audits, and team management.
    • The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with IAS & IFRS, maintain accurate records, prepare MIS reports, and provide financial insights for decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual accounts and reconciliations
    • Lead statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors
    • Prepare MIS and financial analysis for management
    • Supervise and mentor the accounts team

    Requirements

    • MSc. / MBA / ICAN or equivalent finance qualification
    • 10+ years’ experience in finance & accounting
    • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, audits, and ERP systems
    • Leadership skills and integrity.
