    Area Medical Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Area Medical Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in kano and across the Northern region.
    • The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the Northern pharmaceutical market, established relationships with key stakeholders, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets within the region.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acheive regional revenue targets
    • Manage, coach, and supervise a team of Medical Sales Representatives across assigned territories
    • Drive market penetration and business growth in Kano and surrounding Northern states.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors
    • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to guide business decisions
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
    • Coordinate product launches, promotions, and awareness campaigns in the region

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Science, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
    • Minimum of 5 - 7 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 -3 years in a managerial role
    • Strong experience working in Northern Nigeria (Kano and surrounding states is mandatory)
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
    • Excellent knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and distribution channels in the North
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.

    Medical Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Medical Sales Representative to promote and drive the sales of our pharamceutical products in Akure and surrounding aread.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relarionships with healthcare professionals, increasing product awareness, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory

    Responsibilities

    • Promote company products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals
    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the territory
    • Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to build and maintain strong relationships
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
    • Provide accurate product information and deliver effective sales presentations
    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the territory
    • Organize and participate in medical outreaches, campaigns, and product presentaions
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
    • Submit timely sales reports and market feedback

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or a related field
    • 1 - 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical sales
    • Good knowledge of Akure and surrounding territories
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
    • Basic understanding of medical/pharmaceutical products and terminology
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
    • Must be resident in or willing to relocate to Akure

    Office Personnel

    Responsibilities

    • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office
    • Manage correspondence, emails and phone calls professionally
    • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and electronic records)
    • Coordinate meetings, schedules and office logistics
    • Handle documentation, data entry and report preparation
    • Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
    • Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and managed
    • Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administrative, Office Management, or related field
    • 1 - 3 years' experience in an administrative or office support role
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
